FAQs

Beginner setup

1. Use WeWatch on a desktop, laptop, or smartphone with a Windows, MacOS, Android, or iOS operating system

2. Use the latest Chrome, Firefox, or Safari as your browser

3. When prompted, grant WeWatch the Webcam and Microphone access. If not prompted, please configure your browser setting to enable Webcam and Audio access (e.g., Chrome: Setting —> Privacy and security —> Permissions —> Camera / Microphone —> Enable access

4. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please try refreshing the webpage and contact us directly for immediately support

Sign up here and confirm your registration in your email inbox to activate the account. Please search your spam box if you don’t see a registration confirmation.

Reset login credentials

To reset your password, click “Forgot password?” on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account to initiate the password reset process.

Access from non-US regions

WeWatch is currently only supported in the US, but we are actively working on expanding our presence. If you are in a non-US region, we recommend using VPN services.
