Invalid promo code

You can apply promo codes on the transaction page to access discounts/free passes. Promo codes are typically limited in quantity/usage, which upon maxing out, would show as invalid.

Movie/influencer curation is not playing properly

1. WeWatch is only supported on dasktop, laptop, and mobile devices with Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS operating systems in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers. Please ensure your setup is compatible

2. Ensure you are connected to a high-speed and stable internet (WiFi connection is highly recommended)

3. Disconnect all workplace VPNs (travel VPNs are supported)

4. Reload WeWatch and contact us if the issue persists

Webcam/Microphone is not working properly

1. WeWatch is only supported on dasktop, laptop, and mobile devices with Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS operating systems in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers. Please ensure your setup is compatible

2. Disconnect all workplace VPNs (travel VPNs are supported)

3. When prompted, grant WeWatch the Webcam and Microphone access. If not prompted, enable permission the the browser setting (e.g., Chrome: Setting —> Privacy and security —> Permissions —> Camera / Microphone —> Enable access)

6. Reload WeWatch and contact us if the issue persists

Showroom is not loading properly

It typically takes 1-3 minutes for WeWatch to configure the best network setting for you. When experiencing longer wait, please try refreshing your webpage and contact us directly if the issue persists.

Error messages

Echoes/background noises

You may hear echos or background noises when co-watching a movie with other people. When this happens, please situate yourself in a quite environment and put on a headset.

I see glitches in reactions/video chats

Glitches are typically caused by suboptimal internet connections. Connect to a high-speed and stable WiFi or use an ethernet cable can resolve the issue.
